We deliver within the European Union to standard street addresses available during checkout.

No. Delivery to marina docks, offshore locations, or PO boxes is not provided.

Currently, deliveries are limited to EU countries. We do not deliver to the Russian Federation, Belarus, or Ukraine.

Delivery time depends on the destination country and selected shipping method. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.

For consumers, the risk transfers upon physical receipt of the goods. For business customers, risk transfers when the goods are handed over to the carrier.

Yes. If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned within 14 days after submitting your withdrawal notice.

The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.

Goods may be inspected as you would in a physical store. If the product is used beyond what is necessary to examine its nature and functioning, you may be responsible for any decrease in value.

Yes. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods, sealed goods unsealed for health or safety reasons, or products that cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety considerations.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, but not before we receive the returned goods or proof of return.

No. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. Business customers may contact us to discuss possible solutions.

Consumers may submit complaints regarding non-conforming goods within 2 years from receiving the product.

If a manufacturer provides a separate warranty, it applies in addition to your statutory rights and may be subject to the manufacturer’s conditions.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, damage caused by external factors, or corrosion resulting from improper care.
